The staff is wonderful - very kind and friendly. Good proximity to the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and not far from the Metro. The neighborhood is excellent. It's a first class guest house.

Liked being in an older, residential part of the city, surrounded by mostly one-storey homes rather than high rises. Lovely host family who invited me to join them when they went on excursions into the city. Big breakfast and endless supply of tea.

The hotel is in a convenient, quiet location a short walk from the metro (which was very useful) and grocery stores. The staff was exemplary, by far the most helpful I've seen at any hotel anywhere. They really went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and to anticipate anything I might need. The room was large and clean, and the bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent, with lots of diverse options that changed every day.

Big and clean rooms , wonderful breakfast, great garden, a very nice little inside pool and a salt room to relax in, Very quiet area, great and friendly owners, good parking.

Everything was just perfect beyond expectations, the host was super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay at the property, we definitely recommend this property.

Service from Alex was excellent, have everything that is required for a home stay. We have done bonfire and barbecue.

Alex is a fantastic host! He is welcoming and helpful. Specifically, I became ill the night I arrived at the guesthouse, and Alex regularly checked in with me and my partner to make sure I was OK. We booked the upstairs room because it included a bedroom and adjacent living room with a couch. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was hot and clean, and the bedroom and living room were quiet, spacious and cozy. I felt very comfortable while staying there, and I’m so grateful for Alex’s kindness - because of his help and the cozy room, I recovered quickly!

The hotel staff were very helpful in attending to our needs and assisting us with our queries and requests. They provided useful advice on nearby attractions and food. Would love to visit again! The hotel owner even offered to give us a ride from the airport when we were having difficulty with transportation. Really had an enjoyable and very memorable time at Uzbekistan thanks to the hotel staff!

Located in the center of the city this exceptional flat is in a modern layout monitored with security 24/7 and indoor play areas surrounded by all forms of your needs; restaurants, cafes, markets, shops and amazing park near a new shopping center and a museum. Host is very honest and helpful whenever needed. flat is exactly as described. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Timur made sure that we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. Place is perfectly located one block away from the tashkent City Park and all the new restaurants and stuff. Loved the apartment. Highly recommended!!!!!

The apartment was newly renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The location was in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful.

There are good Indian restaurants and grocery stores in 15 minutes from the hotel. Kind personnel, friendly and hospitally

This small private guest house is tucked in the quite neighborhood; the perfect spot for a layover between your flights, especially if you have a late night or an early morning flight. 1,5 km to the airport. The hostess, Irina, offers a transfer to and from the airport or a train station, which was our case. Extremely friendly staff; good size room, comfortable bed, we rested well before our long flight home.

The hotel is a piece of art, it is a home away from home. The best property I stayed in in all of uzbekistan. The staff are excellent, Diyorbek is a perfect host ready around the clock to assist with anything we wanted, thank you brother Diyor for everything. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Tashkent and wants to relax and experience the city.

The hotel interior is very nicely decorated, the room and bathroom were clean and new. The hosts were nice and some of them spoke fluent English. You could buy bottled water in the hotel. The location is good, close by to the metro station, supermarkets and fast food places. The breakfast was nice.

The studio apartment boasts a prime location, very near most of the main attractions, and a wonderfully attentive owner, with a pleasantly appointed room. Even when we had some incident in the toilet, they kindly assisted us despite it being our fault.

Really charming private courtyard gardens. Nice breakfast and access to full kitchen area. Clean and comfortable rooms with very nice bathrooms. Espresso available from the front desk.

The hosts were extremely helpful and polite. The room, bathroom, kitchen all were extremely clean and tidy. It was a very comfortable stay for us. I recommend this place 100 percent.
