As I went through the different questions I genuinely believe this is a 10/10. Hosts: Ceci and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful. On the facilities, advices, and all. Facilities, cleanliness, comfort: a charming (big)house-like place, so warm-feeling. The breakfast room is very nice as well and we didn't get to enjoy the pool as we had a very busy agenda with visits outside. The room was well sized, the bathroom and air conditioning worked perfectly. Value: exceptional value for what we paid, especially now where your mindset in Argentina is set to getting high prices for most things. Location: 150m from a bars and informal restaurants, and some 600m from Sarmiento, a street with better restaurants. The breakfast is served in a very cozy room and it is delicious, with some home-made yogurt, home-made bread and local croissants along with ham and cheese, cereals and fruits. Not varied like in big hotels but this way is perfect in muy opinion.

The place is lovely, so nice to go back to after spending the day outside, it’s a unique place indeed. Jorge, the owner, is a kind man, very nice and helpful, and cares about this place, and it shows.

Free airport transfer. Hospitality above and beyond, including doing our laundry. Got to choose our breakfast time. Great recommendations for things to do, wineries and where to eat. Uber service for such a reasonable price.

Communication with the property managers was really good. We drove there from Chacras de Coria. The drive was beautiful and the apartments are in the mountains of Potrerillos. You will need a GPS to find the place as it's a bit off the main road. A short drive on a gravel road gets you to El Castaño Apt. If you are looking for a mountain view from your bedroom window..........these cabañas are IN the mountains. The view is stunning the area is very peaceful, no "sound pollution". It has all the amenities needed for your stay including a complete kitchen. The place is clean and spacious and it even has a fire pit that you can light, but you'll need to get your own firewood ;-) Flor gave us a warm welcome, gave us a short tour of the cabin and brought us breakfast every morning. Freshly made tortitas and bread with homemade jams with some milk, juice, tea and coffee. The place also has a shared pool which we didn't use as we were there in winter time. Waking up to that majestic view from our bedroom window.....priceless......we will be back :-)
