It was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help and share information about the island and its history. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage overnight for free, which was very convenient and thoughtful. The room was also very clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations.

I have a wonderful stay in Nuba Heart Guesthouse. The room is very clean and the breakfast was big and delicious. The owner, Tamer and Madian are very kind and helpful and offer very reasonable tour package to Abu Simbel. You can also order lunch/dinner which is extremely big and delicious. It was a great place to stay and very close to the ferry. Highly recommend to stay here if you are coming to Aswan.

Everything Shaaban is an incredible host, he took take of everything transportation from and to airport ( for free), getting tickets, recommended activities, he even get my a tooth brush. And didn't ask for any extra fee. The place also is great anything you need air-conditioned, fridge, stove, wifi, etc. Totally recommend it for your trip. And also when I had to leave early for temple he made a take away breakfast box.

Everything was perfect, the location just a minute away the public ferry, the incredible terrace with breathtaking view over the Nile, spotless clean big room, etc. There was even a sandstorm the night before and when we arrived you couldn't see a grain of sand. Best of all is Mohammed, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we need. He arrange for someone to come and pick up my heavy suitcase as I was traveling alone with children, organized a really nice captain to visit the Nubian village, etc. Would come back in a heartbeat.
