We used Cosenza as a base for exploring the area. For our purposes, property was near to central bus station. The apartment itself exceeded expectations, being a very well-equipped apartment; we were out all day so perhaps didn't take full advantage, but one could make oneself very comfortable here. Was warm, with plenty of facilities, in nice and secure building. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we needed assistance. Many thanks

This is a brand new establishment, and it shows as everything is brand new. The owners are very attentive, and the breakfast they serve is all from ingredients grown or made in their farm. They also have a shop in the center of the village and we enjoyed shopping there as well. Great experience and great people!

The location is very good , very close to shops, coffee shops , supermarket , restaurants and about 10 min walk to the train station. It was an easy check in and out , easy communication with the host through text .. very spacious room with a bathroom and very clean .

The room, and in general all the B&B installations were very modern and impeccable. Domenico went to extremes making us comfortable, and providing us with information to enjoy the city. The parking right in front of the entrance door was very convenient and safe.
