Superb location in a very cozy neighborhood, kind and helpful staff, overall a super comfortable stay and we were sad to leave it! Can definitely see myself returning here. Also loved the lighting (can control brightness, warmth).

My daughters and I loved everything about our stay at the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to markets and local stores. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially when it was our first time in Japan. We stayed at the hotel for 16 days it was home for us and the staff were like family to us. Will definitely be staying at the hotel in the future. Not to be biased but Ken was our favorite staff member, he booked us cabs, wrote out a map of what trains to catch and where we needed to go. We miss Ken and his friendly smile already. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel 100% .
