It was very nice place. I was even upgraded with the better option. Slept in a tent. There was a mosquito tent in the bed also. So it was very useful. Even though the weather before my visit was very wet, in the tent it felt dry and comfortable. There was enough space in the tent and around. It was the feeling like living in small village. The owner was very friendly and supportive. It was amazing to meet other travelers and have meals and games together. We met there New Year’s night. Had a fire and played games till the midnight to go for the new year’s bonfire. I am very thankful. The stay was amazing and the island is also very beautifully. Real nature sanctuary. If I will be back definitely come here.

The host Haran is a true people person. He knows how to treat guests like family. Starting from breakfast, we were given generous portions of authentic Jaffna cuisine which were truly delicious. The rooms were big, spacious and most importantly clean. AC, hot water was working very well. The location was a mere walking distance from Nallur kovil and could be considered an ideal location to base your Jaffna trip. All in all every one in our group enjoyed the stay and we would gladly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Jaffna.

We stayed at Abbi Holiday Villa in Jaffna as a family of 6, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The villa gave us a homely, peaceful vibe — it really felt like our own private space. The entire property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It was a nice guest house in a central location. The owner was great. Large rooms . Comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean too. The owner accommodated our breakfast request.

The room was spacious, bed was comfy and was near restaurants, shops and the park, the best was Rahul and Radhu they were always present, helpful and accommodating, I stayed here about 3 weeks and during this time I had to go through an emergency surgery, even then they were always supportive, I came back to Sobia Villa for recovery and the balcony, the views and humanity of the staff made it easier!
