Staff went the extra mile! Free breakfast was a nice surprise although I am not sure it is always provided. (We were there for a special city-wide event.)

I stayed for 5 nights. I received an email with a picture and explanation on how to get into the property maybe an hour before checkin. You need a key just to get into the gate. I was traveling alone so I enjoyed the extra security. The room was a little stuffy but cozy. A key is also needed to open access the balcony. There was complementary water which was nice. It can get loud , Not ideal for light sleepers I found closing the bathroom door to be helpful.

Everything was amazing, we loved our stay here and the convenient walk across the tiny street to the beautiful ocean was wonderful. We watched the sunset every night! Lovely place, clean, beautiful, convenient, great pool and hottub and service.

Authentic Mexican charm. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building was beautiful with open lobby, lush plants, swimming pool and Mexican decor. It is 3 short blocks to the Mega Soriano store and the main street in front of the ocean. We found wonderful restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 blocks) away. It was nice to be in a unique small hotel with welcoming staff.

Your Hostess Emma is above and beyond one of the most courteous kind people that makes extra sure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. I've been a lot of places but Cozumel 568 seems more like home away from home than any other place I've been.
