Wake up with birds singing at these beautiful 2 story home with jungle and cenote view. Great for birdwatching and fauna lovers. Only 600 mts. From the beach and Dzul Ha reef where you can dive and snorkel. 7 minute drive from downtown and walking distance from Chankanaab Park, only 1km. Great location, super clean neat home. Perfect for 2 adults but you can fit 3 persons.
I arrived to Cozumel in 1980 and I love it!! Fell in love with the Island since first day. I sell Real Estate and Solar Panels. And we have 3 lovely properties. Minipini is a new home next to a Cenote, so the view and feeling are very jungly, and we have our own Cenote pool. Casa Pichi is at the north point and Casa Chola will be finished soon. I live next door to Mini Pini in a separate house so I'm always available. My daughter Andy helps me out.
Only 1 km from Chankanaab Park, and only 5 minutes away from the amazing coral reefs Dzul Ha and El Palmar. Money Bar and UVAS Beach club are around the corner. Also only 7 minutes to town. Mini Pini has an absolutely great location, so close to town but allready in the jungle with coloured birds and parrots flying around. Flora and fauna are abundant. Very peaceful and safe.
