Everything. The Clipper House looked awesome, but when we arrived the manager offered us a room in the sister venue nearby because of a small booking error.
We agreed and we're very pleased. The sister venue is set in a stunning old Spanish villa, it's been beautifully restored and the location was perfect.
The staff were really kind and accommodating, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of their venues in the future.

As a veteran of Holiday/Vacation Rentals for about 20 years, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the items made available in the unit (kitchen, bathroom, and beddings).
We also loved the availability of two parking slots with very reasonable additional charge.
The location was another highly positive feature. So close to many malls, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was easy to access EDSA (or C4) to go to either south or north metro manila.

The main benefits of this unit (like all others in KL Tower)
- Predictable and consistent quality in the room and amenities
- It is located right across from Legazpi Park, but more critically is near the on/offramp for the SLEX, which makes going to/from the airport really quick and convenient
- Its proximity to Greenbelt, Salcedo Village, and Poblacion make this feel very central to the Makati CBD
- The laundry machine was excellent, and the balcony use meant that you could dry your clothing a lot faster

The location to the Manila airport was excellent. It was actually very easy to walk to the property from the airport via the "Runway Manila", a massive brand new skybridge that linked the Level 4 of the airport terminal across the highway to where the Palm Tree villas were located. The property was modern, nice, clean and well managed with security guards around the place and we felt safe.

Great for long stays, full kitchen with plates ,utensils and cooking supplies, microwave also. Bed was comfortable. I am a smoker so I appreciated the balcony where smoking is allowed, The villa is well kept and security is great. Overall it is a great value. I would stay again.

Walking Distance to the Airport. Highly recommended for arriving and departing passengers. The Room was spacious for the Price. The staff was 🙂 nice.The shower room was so cleaned. My overall stay was great and had wonderful experienced mingling with the villagers,Plus the people in the area are very accommodating. Kudos to the Villagers official for helping me carry out my luggage. It was a safe place and had memorable stayed in the property near AIRPORT.

Staff are very nice. Affordable price pag stay. May 2 towels soap and shampoo. Marame ka pde kainan sa area may mga karenderya may mcdo may palengke may simbahan dn. Responsive sla sumagot both here at fb which is I really like madale kausap. From SM BICUTAN sakay lng tricycle going to sagana villaga then lakad paloob sa village.. will definitely stay here again

The location is perfect. It is very close to the Velasquez Park where the Saturday open market is held; it is near a lot of good restaurants, including pizza places, Starbucks, 7-11, a supermarket, it is walking distance to Ayala, etc; Salcedo Village is my favorite community in Makati -- it is safe, less crowded and is surrounded by many trees
