We have reopened as a multipurpose space providing Creative LIVE-WORK Studios in Poblacion, Makati. Studios with private bath, air-conditioning and limited assisted concierge service. Low density, private and stylish accommodation for guests looking to have a Makati address for you and your business. Our top floor is reserved to accommodate tenants staying for long stays, while the second floor is dedicated to meetings and event spaces.

Neighborhood info

Our apartments are right smack in the center of the hustle and bustle of Makati! We are located in Poblacion, which is the up and coming food haven of great local and international cuisine finds. Restaurants, bars , shopping malls are all 5-10 minute walking distance, or you can just get a cab or ride a jeepney If you wish, to take you to your destination.
