Everything were perfect Room, cleanliness , breakfast, coffe Maschine, friendly and helpful staff

Perfect location, fantastic xmas eve dinner buffet, welcomimg and accomodatimg host. The chembermaids were exceptional, everyone was polite. Ample parking behind the hotel, good location. We would come back again.

Lovely traditional pension house, the lady that runs the house keeps everything immaculate and she's very helpful. Good breakfast and nice big rooms.. very close to the bottom of the maiskogel ski run in kaprun it's almost ski to door... Good parking facilities too we will definitely be back.

Loved the apartment. It was exactly as described and depicted. The location is around other houses and apartments, yet somewhat secluded, but still not far away from the main street and town center. It was very quiet and the views from the apartment were breathtaking. The self-check in was very smooth and the communication with Rita was clear

Location is great, basically in the center, but peace and quiet after long skiing day is exactly what is needed for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is very clean, all cooking stuff, even the knives are sharpened. Hosts are very nice and friendly people.

I liked everything the view room the place was soooo quiet if you compare it the other hotels in kaprun and zell am see , everything is close the river and restaurants or mini market and coffee shops , And the best part was the staff they were so kind and helpful one of my best stays ever and if am coming back to kaprun am never staying anywhere but this hotel i wish good luck for all of you ❤️ I wish theres more than 10 starts 👍🏻

- Great location - Self check in, very convenient - Clear insulations from Mr. Adrian through WhatsApp. Very professional. - Spacious apartment and very clean - hand bidet - Nice view from everywhere. - issued the Summer cards online a few hours before the check in.

We really loved the breakfast and the all over vibe of the stay. The room was clean and the bed were really comfy, would definitely recommend :)

Everything was perfect. Though it was not a hotel but it had all the facilities one needed. It was extraordinary clean and the staff where very kind. The host was really kind and helpfull and made us feel at home. We got free summercards from the host wich added more value to our stay. I hope we would be back here.
