The hotel is centrally located, just a couple of minutes from the main street of Telfs. Shopping centers, restaurants, etc., are very close by. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. There is a very good train connection with Innsbruck. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-furnished with air conditioning, a TV, and stable Wi-Fi - everything you need for a stay. There is an excellent view of the mountains from the window. The staff is very caring and helpful, and responds immediately to all requests.

The location is impressive. I love every aspect of the location, next to a calm and not at all heavy traffic area. Love the spacious chill-out space overlooking the Alps of the property. The apartment is fully equipped to the teeth with all that you need to live (cook, drinks, fridge, etc), like you are at home. The free parking is a super plus, Not located where the property is but just a small stroll away. Also to add, the people here in this great town of Telfs are just insanely friendly. Many thanks for the wonderful stay. Love it a lot.

The accommodation fully matches the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, and the hosts are very attentive — they checked several times if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. Of course, having a car is convenient here, but I didn’t have one and used the bus instead, which was still very comfortable. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. It was also very helpful that the host provided the Welcome Card even before my arrival, which allowed me to save on transportation on the way to the apartment.

Stayed for 6 nights, great apartment with all the facilities one would need, great service from the owners. Clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. The apartment even had access to the basement which had a pool table, darts, drinks and a large speaker. Recommended!

Great location, close to cozy Seefeld and Innsbruck, super great value for the money, very clean, we felt like home, the host is so friendly and nice, well equipped kitchen

The location is at a farm in the middle of a tourist region.

Our third time here pretty much says it all. I don't know that there is any place in Tirol with better views. Sylvia is a great host and always makes us feel right at home.
