Overall a great property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped provide a fan when AC was found not working. Rooms are good and worthy for the price. Property is also close by to all key attractions. Best catch is shopping complex just at the back (walkable) from property.

The property was in a great location close to Bowling Club, Hoey Moey & right across the road from the beach.The property is very clean. Check in was easy. Water was hot. Nice layout. Parking onsite was a bonus.And a pool view from the upstairs apartments. Balcony was great to sit out on & enjoy the sea breeze.

The host was lovely, gave us an upgraded room on the ground floor that was available when she saw the heavy luggage we had, printed and shared great local information which we took advantage of- highly recommend you try Latitude 30 while you are in Coffs Harbour !
