One-bedroom ground floor granny flat or it can be called a studio. Previously was used as a Pilates Studio from 2005 to 2019. That is why there are mirrors on the walls inside. In 2023, it is Renovated and tastefully furnished for travellers passing through to have a rest for a night or two on the beautiful Coffs Harbour Coast. The granny flat has a large living area and an open-plan kitchenette., It is a two-storey house, and hosts live upstairs. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO SINK IN THE KITCHENETTE AS THE PLUMBING WAS COMPLICATED AND EXPENSIVE, We apologize if this might cause inconvenience to some people. The double sink in the laundry has a small bassinet and dish rack, tea towel, dishwashing cloths, sponges, and dishwashing liquid. One sink is for washing and the other for personal use: A washing machine is available for guests staying more than 5 days. It is not available for overnighters or guests staying less than 5 nights. The bedroom overlooking the garden has a queen-sized bed with a velvet headrest and two nightstands with touch reading lamps and drawers. The bedroom opens to a shower and laundry. There is a mirrored door closet and Inside there is a small ironing board, an iron, clothes hangers, and two empty shelves for guests to use for their clothes, etc. There is also a cabinet and a round light-up make-up mirror in the laundry. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, microwave, cooktop, and range-hood, cooktop with a pull-out fan. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cookies, frog chocolates, and filtered water (in the fridge) are provided. Courtyard with tropical plants and a fish pond. Happy frogs sing along when it rains: outdoor setting table and chairs overlooking the fish pond and lovely garden. There are scuffs provided to wear outside of the door in the garden.

I am a retired Pilates, fitness instructor. Love travelling, and walking on our pristine beaches. I do Aqua Aerobics twice a week. I am interested in hosting travellers at my studio. I live upstairs with my partner Elvira and our 4-year-old Labradoodle Toffee. She is adorable. Loves people but does not dogs much as she does not think she is a dog. :) Elvira has also retired. Enjoy walking on the beach, playing table tennis, 2 days a week for 3 hours. and walking our dog. Enjoy hosting travellers.

Quiet street not a lot of traffic. The studio has very thick glass sliding doors. if there is a noise coming from the street it can not be a problem. The studio is located in a safe neighbourhood. The patio and the backyard are very private all fenced up around and during guests staying only belong to the guests to use. Besides we have a good guard dog who will let us know if a stranger is around the garden. The garden has a fish pond and frogs love it. They sing when it rains and in warm weather, more singing happens. We have lived in this house for over 30 years and feel very safe. The studio is very close to town, and cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, and The jetty beach are about a 7-minute drive. A small shopping centre is 3 minutes to drive.
