I was unable to check in and the staff TXT me checked me in and turned on the heating to ensure we were comfortable when we got there as it was 1 degree in Parkes at the time. The Staff did everything to make it easy and welcoming for my stay. the room and bed were very comfortable and the shower size was exceptional. The water pressure was brilliant with plenty of hot water.

Well I think I got upgraded to the king suite. But it was very good. Spacious. Comfy furniture & bed. Excellent pub food at the bottom of the stairs.

Great location, easy walking distance to shops and centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful especially in recommending a new restaurant that had just opened.

Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed, top quality linen and towels and well equipped for making own breakfast. Bonus was a Restaurant onsite for the evening meal which was very reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations.
