Visited for first time let me tell you place is nice clean had best customer service at check in and when we need anything for room they brought it especially big shot out to Manager or owner not sure he’s position he went over behind make sure our stay was succeed plus if you’re interested to have extra fun they have live music I will be back again when I’m in Sarajevo 😊😊😊😊

The staff doesn't get any better than the staff at this hotel. The nighttime hotel receptionists were the most friendly ladies you will ever meet. They were super helpful and gave me great recommendations of the local area. The room was also big and nice with plenty of space. There were two lights for the bathroom, one was dim and awesome to use for the nighttime bathroom breaks without blinding me or waking me up.

Prednost ovoga hotela je sto posjeduju svoj obezbijedjen parking. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Sobe su ciste. Utisak je veoma pozitivan. The advantage of this hotel is that it has its own secured parking. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The impression is very positive.

Fantastic location, very close to all amenities, public transit, many restaurants, shops, exchange offices for travellers, coffee shops etc. The staff was so kind and accommodating, we would love to return here any time

The location is exceptional, just a few meters from the old town, yet still quiet and easy to reach. You can park your motorbike/car in a guarded, open parking place just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The host guided us by phone to find the parking place and to get the keys. The room is the same as in the pictures, with working AC, towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea prepared.

The hotel is super clean, breakfast is a buffet, free parking is available in front of the hotel. The location is close to the famous skiing resorts and airport. I recommend this place for a short stay.

I’d like to highlight how accommodating and genuine the staff at Hotel Gaia Sarajevo are. They truly help from the heart and are always ready to assist with anything you need. I still remember the smile on the lady’s face every time I walked into the hotel—she was so lovely and generous. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the price was very affordable.. Everything was amazing! I felt really welcomed and taken care of. The staff helped me organize a tour, and to organize my free time in the city. The location is one of a kind - direct entrance in the Old Town of Sarajevo, and most of the historical sites are in walking distance. Truly, a great hotel for a short city break :)

A wonderful place that feels like staying with family. The management team is exceptional—professional, accommodating, and always respectful. I changed my reservation multiple times, and they handled every request seamlessly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything. Highly recommended!

The beautiful receptionist was very kind. She helped me carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor. There was no elevator in the hotel but it was clean and affordable.
