Great location, comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and we were able to do an early check-in. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms, while the hotel offers a terrace with a great view in the city. Also the location is very convenient, 5 mins away from the main square. Totally recommend!

We had the “basement” room; it was comfortable. It can be noisy because of the restaurant right next to it, but in our case, it was quiet during the night. Baggage storage for two days was also available, which was great for us. It is very centrally located.

The staff was excellent, willing to help and provide information. I met the owner, and he was a fine gentleman who guided me to see the best highlights of the city. Susana, and Moises were fantastic! The room was very comfy and spacious. The restaurant on site was very convenient. The location was perfect! Walking distance to main attractions in the city. They have a terrace with a beautiful view of Sucre on the rooftop.

I like it very much, it was very nice, people may not speak a lot English but with translation app could work. And they are super helpful. Will miss there!

The bed was so comfortable with good pillows! The room was nice and spacious and came with a wardrobe, TV, and private bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we fell in love with Mango the golden retriever.

Felt like home! Everyone at the hostel was incredibly welcoming — from the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, and there’s even a bar where they serve popcorn during happy hour, which makes it extra special! The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and the place is always clean and peaceful. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxed stay!
