Location, underground parking and apartment building was safe, easy to get to/from, clean. Everything works.

It is very well located close to the station but also promptly down in the city of Lugano. The apartment was clean, new, the kitchen was well equipped. It does look like on the pictures.

This perfectly located apartment is simply perfect. Someone wrote: 9 minutes walk from the train station? 9? Maybe when you're going there for the first time and don't know exactly where you're heading. Later it's more like 5 minutes. The apartment is spacious, clean, has all the need facilities and really good internet. It also has an amazing balcony with the view of the city and the lake. I totally recommend this place and I actually hope to come back here someday.

The location. It’s walkable to the lake, the shopping areas, with busses passing in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy with a balcony that is high-up that you see the whole town and mountains and are beautiful at night. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast in the morning is typical of the area but the fresh coffee is good, shout-out to Claudio, he is a gem and very attentive.

Location was phenomenal… Walking distance to everything, including the absolutely gorgeous park across the street. It was also a plus to have washers and dryers halfway through our trip. Game changer!

I cannot overstate the professionalism, care, and consideration of all the staff working there. Effortlessly adapting to language and cultural needs, they went far beyond expectations to ensure the stay was highly enjoyable for my daughters and me.
