Very clean with comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. Shower and wifi were both excellent. Close to lots of restaurants, the pedestrian mall and other points of interest. Elevator available. Breakfast was delivered to our room and consisted of fruit, bread, ham and cheese, some pastries and a sachet of Nescafe and tea. We heated water in the kettle but had no milk. The young man on reception was extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly, as was one of the 3 ladies when we checked in.

The hotel was easy to drive to and has secure parking after a border crossing from Peru. Rooms are very clean. Comfortable bedding and nice towels. Decent breakfast too.

The location is awesome, near the beach and next to a restaurant which is very good too. Breakfast is included and since I was leaving early, they gave me a cold breakfast to take. The staff were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable. The place was very neat and good looking.

This is my second, one-night stay here. I stayed here crossing into Chile from Peru. This property is within a 5-minute walk of the bus station, which makes it super convenient if you are crossing the border. The room was clean and, most importantly, you got a nice and hot shower. The bed is OK and their free WiFi is sufficient for most things, including streaming video. The staff are very nice and helpful. They do NOT accept any form of payment, except cash and the money changers at the bus station are, in no uncertain terms, thieves, the like of which drove Jesus angry! So exchange money before you get here. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it.
