Cheap hotels in Santiago

All the members of the staff were very kind and open to help. The hotel is very nice, near the airport. I loved the breakfast.

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. Comes with a restaurant, a gym and lovely comfortable rooms. The staff are excellent and very helpful whenever we need anything. We rebooked with them as we were impressed, but had to cancel last minute due to travel disruptions. I didn’t even ask them for a refund as it was past the refund period, but they did so automatically which was very professional and kind of them. Highly recommended

More than the property, which is superb, I would like to point out the kindness and eagerness to help the passenger of all the staff but most distinguishable from Rodrigo. A big shout out to him and the way he handles the reception as well as all the areas of the hotel where he reaches. He’s passion about his job makes the passenger feel better than at home.
