Amazing boutique-like hotel in Lastarria. Spacious rooms, super friendly staff. In front of the hotel, there are street sellers, and the street is a vibrant place with very good restaurants and wine bars. Lots of people all day and night, but that does not mean you will not have good sleep: the room is silent and the bed is super comfortable.

The hostel was beautiful (decorated by paintings painted by the owner) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean, and we felt very safe and welcome during our stay. The hostel was also easy to find and very conveniently located near many attractions / landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I liked everything about this place. It was so cozy and nice. The host was super responsive. This place has pots, dishes, bowls and utensils. You also have access to a washing machine where you have to pay. The location is great, close to the downtown area.

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. Comes with a restaurant, a gym and lovely comfortable rooms.
The staff are excellent and very helpful whenever we need anything.
We rebooked with them as we were impressed, but had to cancel last minute due to travel disruptions. I didn’t even ask them for a refund as it was past the refund period, but they did so automatically which was very professional and kind of them.
Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza San Francisco in Santiago. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after weeks of travelling.
The hotel facilities were a real highlight. The pool, gym, and spa were fantastic and such a treat after being on the road for so long. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Breakfast each morning was amazing, with a huge variety of options. I may have indulged in a morning mimosa (included with breakfast!), which felt like a lovely holiday bonus. Both the bar and restaurant were excellent — ideal whether you’re after a quick drink and bite or a more substantial dinner.
Most of all, the staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The fact that the staff all spoke English was especially comforting after weeks of stumbling through Spanish.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.
