Company info

We are an Ecuadorian Chilean family, and we manage our hostel for over twenty years with the same enthusiasm as always. Our French manager joined our family 10 years ago and bring her european touch to our services. All together, we provide a family ambience, comfortable, safe and secure environment in the best location of Santiago de Chile.

Property info

Our building from 1929 is Tudor style, and is recognized as a historical and architectural building. This mansion was the home of Luis Risopatron, chilean explorer-geographer, who performed the first atlas of Chilean Patagonia. It is entirely renovated to provide the best comfort to our guests.

Neighborhood info

Plaza Italia is the real center of Santiago: just a walk to all tourist attractions, as the bohemian Barrio Bellavista, the comercial barrio Providencia, the elegant barrio Italia, the cultural and gastonomic area Lastarria-Bellas Artes, and civic center Plaza de Armas. From plaza Italia, it is very easy to go everywhere in the city, there is plenty of transportation (taxis, colectivos, 2 lines of subway, buses). We are surrounded by parks, so it is very nice to walk to all these places by the green areas of Santiago.
