Amazing boutique-like hotel in Lastarria. Spacious rooms, super friendly staff. In front of the hotel, there are street sellers, and the street is a vibrant place with very good restaurants and wine bars. Lots of people all day and night, but that does not mean you will not have good sleep: the room is silent and the bed is super comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean & big. Location is good, in a nice & safe area. 15 mins walking to South American’s tallest building and its mall. The service was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, cared about your experience, and tried their best to assist you. Nothing to complain about. Will def stay here again, if coming back to Santiago.

Staff was so helpful. They gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as it was our last stay of our honeymoon trip. The hotel is so nice with a certain unique vibe. The room was very cozy, well-designed and spacious. The breakfast was just amazing. We had a great time and we would highly recommend!

Santiago is an amazing city for tourists like my family - we love nature and we love History! The museums are so great. You can't miss the Museum of Memory and Human Rights, it's just incredible and I left it just eager to learn even more about Chilean history. The food at Mercado Central and MUT are great, the people is so welcoming, the well-cared street dogs are such a nice staple of the city and I also would make sure to go to Giratorio... the food and view are just perfect. Spotting the mountains as you walk/ride around the town is the best part of Santiago.

A nice city, provided you keep away from the insidious / dangerous parts. It's a glorified third world city but there's plenty to see as a tourist. An easy drive to Valparaiso on the Pacific coast is a must.

Santiago is a nice city with some absolutely amazing food that makes the visit worthwhile! However, we ended up staying a bit too long—in hindsight, two nights would have been the perfect amount of time to see the highlights. It's also worth noting that the city pollution was quite heavy and definitely irritated my nose. Even with that, the incredible meals we had completely made up for it. A great stop, but keep it brief!

Basic hotel.

Basic hotel. Had a room overlooking main road from 1st floor. However we were in for 1 day so not exactly looking for luxury. Just a safe clean hotel in a good neighbourhood. Staff were good, helped us check in early. Thanks a lot to them. Great location to visit places.

Santiago was a wonderful city to visit.

Santiago was a wonderful city to visit. We loved exploring the historic downtown area, as well as neighborhoods like Lastarria, Providencia, and Las Condes, each offering its own unique character, great restaurants, and attractions. The city felt vibrant, welcoming, and easy to navigate. I only wish we had more time to explore some of the nearby mountain areas and surrounding towns, which looked absolutely beautiful. We would definitely love to return and spend more time discovering all that the region has to offer.

Santiago was wonderful as a city. Transportation and tourism were on point. The food choice was very good. Something for every palette. In general, the people were polite but reserved, except for the property that I reserved before my return to the US.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover downtown Santiago. The hotel is in a quiet street next to the Santa Lucía hill, very close to the busy downtown area but away from the noise and chaos. The hotel has been beautifully carved into one or two old buildings with Art Nouveau details, and is very tastefully decorated. The room was comfortable, the terrace lovely, the restaurant excellent, and the staff very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Lastarria neighborhood, which has several trendy restaurants.

The property is excellently close to the airport without the fees an airport hotel would charge. The neighborhood was residential, quaint, and safe. Jacqueline, the host, is super attentive and responsive to the guests. The home is quaint and comfortable. I was able to wash clothes here which was an enormous relief given that the following day I departed to a very remote part of Chile. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I’m transiting through Santiago.
