I found the staff extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. There was also a gym and a laundry. The hotel was located in a very safe area and as I was travelling alone, this was important to me.

The Orly Suite was just as pictured on Booking.com. A lovely boutique hotel with a beautifully appointed suite that availed us of all the comforts of home.
We were pleased by the warm welcome from Anne Marie and in her taking the time to introduce us to all the amenities of the hotel and our suite.
The kitchen is well appointed and the king bed and luxury bedding were very much appreciated.
The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the Costanera Centre.
We easily walked to the Central Historical District in an hour which afforded us all the sights along the way.
We like the security of the hotel entry and felt very safe in the surrounding area.
