Everything was perfect. The room was clean & big. Location is good, in a nice & safe area. 15 mins walking to South American’s tallest building and its mall. The service was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, cared about your experience, and tried their best to assist you. Nothing to complain about. Will def stay here again, if coming back to Santiago.

More than the property, which is superb, I would like to point out the kindness and eagerness to help the passenger of all the staff but most distinguishable from Rodrigo. We had a quiet room overlooking the courtyard, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was great, with a large selection of local food. The staff were really helpful and kind throughout our stay.
