Fantastic location, just outside of the metro station. The space is clean, cosy, with great facilities and a terrace with an absolutely phenomenal view. The terrace is a shared space and there's plenty of room for everyone. Victor is a great host, he will speak to you if you want to chat, but he'll leave you alone if you don't. All in all an astonishing accomodation worthy of coming back.
