Está muy bien ubicada: en el centro artístico de Santiago con muchos museos galerías, teatros, tiendas para turistas, centros de arte, ferias artesanales, restaurantes, parques de acceso público y el cerro-jardín Santa Lucía. Puedes caminar para acceder a bancos, hospitales, farmacias, librerías, supermarkets, casas de cambio, etc.,etc., o usar servicios gratuitos de bicicletas en el vecindario; hay dos estaciones de Metro /subway subterráneo muy cerca y la vía principal vehicular y de transporte público a tres cuadras (Alameda Bernardo O´Higgins). No podrías estar mejor conectado en la ciudad. El departamento es bastante silencioso, de día y de noche, los colchones son cómodos y mantengo limpio el lugar a toda hora.

Hay mucho muy cerca. Barrio Santa Lucía (Barrio Gay de Chile), Barrio Lastarria con muchos restaurants, galerías de arte y centros de arte como el GAM (Edificio Gabriela Mistral), Universidades Católica de Chile y Universidad de Chile, San Sebastián, etc.; Barrio BELLAS ARTES con el Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes con colecciones permanentes de arte chileno; el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, ambos en el Parque Forestal a 4 cuadras de distancia; El Museo de Arte Pre-Colombino, famoso por su diversidad y alto standard museográfico en la Plaza de Armas de la ciudad; el museo de Santiago, también en la plaza, el Centro Cultural LA MONEDA, al lado del Palacio de Gobierno, etc. hay barrios con arquitectura neoclásica francesa con en PARÍS-LONDRES, a 6 cuadras, el mismo cerro Santa Lucía (en la vereda del frente), que es un jardín enorme, el parque japonés, etc.
