The service was outstanding; we received incredibly warm and attentive care throughout our entire stay. The hotel features numerous decorative items that resemble museum pieces, each with immense cultural and historical value. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, further enriching the overall experience.

The pools were good, but they could be a little cleaner. The breakfast was very tasty although the coffee was a bit cold. The staff was super friendly

Excellent service from the girls, Natalia, Valentina, Yeimi, María José, Verónica, the perfect price, the room is according to the price, always clean, excellent location, in the historic-colonial area, I definitely recommend it , in itself I stayed longer than I had planned. ;) quiet place.

Beautiful hotel with lovely large plants. The breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff - even gave us some glasses of ice so we could drink our gaseosa in the room.

The best experience every time I go there

The apartment is amazing! The apartment is located at a beautiful gated community, the pool is very nice. The location is good, near the city center. The lady taking care of the apartment was extremely kind. We accidentally left a pair of earrings in the apartment, and they help ship it to us. Would definitely book again and hope to come back. The town is very welcoming and has very nice weather.

Great place to relax and spend time with someone special beautiful rooms the pool is amazing and the food .I stayed at the room with pool beautiful setting love the shower outside amazing experience will definitely go back thanks to all the staff for making the experience memorable.also did a romantic dinner beautiful set up w message and candles.
