Alex was wonderful. Great customer service. He checked me in, and escorted me to the room. Alex made sure the TV was working, and all of the items were there in the refrigerator etc. He showed me how to work the A/C as well. I was very happy with the secure parking.

The property needs to add that they don't have elevator and they have 3 floor. I was carrying 4 medium suitcases was. Not easy other than that was great
