Cheap hotels in Santa María

What an absolute dream of a find! We were in a pinch after a last minute cancellation by another owner. Las Veraneras took us in short notice and provided amazing service. We were blown away by the attentiveness of this family-run hotel. Spacious rooms, secure, clean, and friendly staff. This is a new business and, as frequenters of this beautiful little town, we were so impressed and cannot wait to return!

Very conveniently located in town. And with beautiful gardens and plants, it gives seclusion and privacy.

Sweet little Cabin on beautiful grounds with nice walking trail. Our host was lovely, helped us get there when we had difficulty finding property when Google Maps suddenly dropped in Root. Was also very helpful in telling us about interesting things we could do around the property and en route to our next destination.  loved all the fresh cut flower arrangements in the house !

Very conveniently located coming from San Jose. The animals were really cute and fun. The cabin was really spacious and well equipped. The internet connection was fast and stable, we were able to work from there.

Absolutely gorgeous property and they were very accommodating of our later than expected arrival. The fresh flowers in the cabins was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. It was clean and had tons of space. We were very grateful for the extra blankets.

Beautiful garden area, comfortable beds, great location for hiking and bird watching. I also took in the Copey winery tour, which was awesome.
