The location was excellent, right in the center.

Exceptional people-centric treatment and dog-friendliness! Médical support dog with no charges and with a cute, helpful gift basket - unique treatment. Very restful and satisfying overnight stay, in a calm area with beautiful views and excellent breakfast. We'll be back :)

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Beautiful cozy hotel not too far from down town Erfurt. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone's taste. And the staff was super friendly and helpful! We'll come back.

The location was central and updated facilities with a nice bar/restaurant and fitness room. The staff were very accommodating including ordering us taxis and bringing us milk! The restaurant staff were very welcoming and the food was top rated!

Excellent hotel. Cleaner than clean, excellent bed, full length mirror in the room, great water pressure, and what a great breakfast--I'm plant based and there were many plant-based items to choose from. Lots of parking spaces on the outdoor parking lot.

Although a small room for a single bed, it was modern decorated and felt like a private room instead of a hotel room. The bed was amazing with a thick comforter. The restaurant had good food. A bus stop in front of the hotel with busses that go to Erfurt center. The breakfast was good as well.

The apartment is spacious and very centrally located. Beds are comfortable, huge bathroom with shower and tub, relatively quiet considering the location, kitchen had everything we needed including a large refrigerator. Host was super friendly and helpful. Had problems with the Nuki lock, but he came over to let us in and gave us a set of keys. There's an elevator.

Wonderful, large apartment for a fair price in the middle of old town.

The apartment has the most beautiful setting. It was right in the centre so everything was on your doorstep. It was honestly magical with the little balcony on the water to start and end your day on. The apartment has a standard German charm to it and has everything I needed for my short trip. The host was really friendly and patient with my bad German.

Location can’t be beat. The apartment is very large and much better value than nearby hotels. Hosts were very easy to work with

Lots of free parking. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the shopping plaza.

Location- 3 minutes from the train station, everything I wanted to see in the Old Town was a comfortable walk. Breakfast- varied and delicious, the crispy bacon was a bonus, excellent cheese assortment, fresh fruit and veggies, something for all dietary needs, plus professional, friendly staff Room- clean and comfortable Staff- the blond lady at check-in, a chat about local restaurants and attractions with Mr. Schmidt, the young man at checkout, all were professional, friendly and helpful

Sarah W at the front desk was invaluable ...she was so helpful with interpretation...our car broke down and she was fantastic same with the other Sarah at the front ! Can't say thank you enough it made a bad situation so much better ! So we could enjoy the beautiful city!

The check-in online was easy. The studio apartment with the kitchen and big bathroom/bathtub was very comfortable. We really enjoyed it! I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
