The staff was spot on with the service provided. They made the check in process very easy for us.

The location is close to the highway but still in walking distance to the city center. We loved the clean and spacy room. The hotel even prepared one more bed for our little daughter. The breakfast is exceptional in this hotel with variety of choice even for people with specific dietary needs.

Amazing location, guy at receiption was also super nice. Room was spacios, clean, modern bathroom.

Excellent! The location is perfect—right across from the Cathedral and just a 4-minute walk to public transport. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and neighborhood were peaceful and relaxing, despite being in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was also very good.

The location is right in the heart of the Old Town section of Regensburg. It is 1/2 block to the Christmas Market and Two Blocks from The Dom Cathedral. The Stone Bridge is very close and on the other side is an old Brewery. Even the Train Station is nearby. Take the “Town Tour Train” that stops in front of the church to get a quick overview of the Old Town. Very walkable area of town. Many antique stores, food, coffee shops. Next to the hotel is a Danish Pastry shop with very unique sweets. Our favorite was the Salted Caramel Walnut. The hotel is built on 700+ year old foundations and during renovations they found a Cat placed into the wall for Good Luck in 1425. The have him in the same wall location behind a glass panel, so you can say hello. Rooms are very modern and there is an elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast and coffee was very good each morning. Most guests were on holiday from the local Bavarian Region. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We attended a Christmas Eve Mass at the Cathedral and the Choir and Pipe Organ sounded wonderful as they sang Silent Night in German of course. The Mass and the ceremony were also in German, but as a Roman Catholic I knew all the places where you sit, stand, knell and respond to the Priest. Very special to see a 700 year old cathedral used for worship and not used an attraction. 1/3 of the people were tourists, but most people were there to worship on Christmas Eve, which is when the Christmas Angel comes to put up the Tree, Decorations, Sweets and Gifts. Many people sang the hymns and it was standing room only.

It is very charming and well located. It is plenty warm and big bathrooms. The tower is 900 years old.

Nice clean room, EXTREMELY quiet, beautiful lighting in the hotel and tasteful interior. Breakfast had a lot of vegan options, and the service was excellent. Receptionists and cleaners all just lovely, and the location can't be beat.

Everything is wonderful , the room is large and has an extra kinda sofa , very clean rooms. Breakfast is great as well , they even have a machine for making waffles . The area seems a little industrial on one side but it is a new neighbourhood so it nice to take a walk

Very nice place. Good location. 10-20 minutes walking to the old towm. Very good breakfest. we were travelling with our dog - special gift for him.

The staff (especially the male server in the breakfast area) is very friendly and eager to make sure you have a great stay. Delicious breakfast, good coffee. If you are okay with staying outside of the city center (15-20min walking or 10-15min by bus), it's a perfect stay. I will definitely come again.
