This hotel exceeded my expectations in several key areas. The location was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by how clean everything was throughout the property. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in after standard hours without any hassle. The breakfast was great. Despite the language barrier—we don't speak German and not all staff spoke English—communication was never an issue. Everyone was patient and understanding, making our stay very comfortable. As a bonus, there's a restaurant with an outdoor patio right next door where I enjoyed a delicious beer. Overall, a wonderful stay that I'd definitely book again

If you're up for a few steps, the view of the square and St.-Marien-Dom is unbeatable (we took a picture of the apartment when we climbed Dom's stairs). We enjoyed sitting in the window seats with a cup from the apartment’s gourmet espresso machine, taking in the best view in town. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, including US outlets and a large computer monitor. These thoughtful touches made this stay stand out during our 10-day tour of northern Germany.

Very clean and comfortable and an electric tea kettle is awesome so we can have tea. And it was nice to have a little fridge. The bathroom was hugs and the little chairs were very nice so we could relax somewhere besides on the beds. Lovely

The location and the charm of the building, a good price.

I absolutely love this gem of a small hotel in Schwerin. It is comfortable, fabulously located and even offers secure private parking. The staff are wonderfully helpful and they even have a beautiful little library in which I love to relax. All in all, my favourite place to stay in Schwerin.

Very nice, great staff, would recommend this place. Even though we arrived earlier that was listed, staff did everything to let us in sooner. Great bonus for those driving a EV, they have a charger by the entrance, so was easy to charge overnight to be ready for our next day trip. A visit to beautiful castle just 10 min drive from the hotel is a must!

Cozy & quiet apartment very close to the city center

stopped for one night for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. Check in on the machine was quick (even late at night), room was huge and had a nice view of some gardens nearby. Breakfast was good and can't complain about the price
