The wonderful staff at Kronprinz were friendly and helpful and assisted us with information and sightseeing ideas. The room was clean and comfortable. I was especially thankful for the extra attention to the tea and coffee service in the room. It felt very luxurious. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel, variety, quality, and presentation. The staff really cares about you and your comfort! If I could give 11, I would.

Just an overnight before going to airport. Inside was comfortable. Minimal kitchen supplies. No coffee/tea etc. towels need to be updated. No bath sized towels. Just old hand towels. Trash can in bathroom had not been emptied. Communication prior was challenging due to language conflict. Need to have clear instructions on how to access WIFI. Looking at back of modem was confusing and code did not work.

Great stay, highly recommended! I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The beds are very comfortable and the mattresses are excellent — I slept very well. The location is perfect: only about 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the autobahn, and very close to Cologne. Wi-Fi works well, which was important for me. I also appreciated the small but thoughtful details for guests, such as tea, coffee, and complimentary toiletries. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.
