Everything is good. Staff is friendly. With nice service.

We stayed at Hotel Santiago Apóstol with our dog. I've always stayed at Dog Friendly hotels before, but this time I was impressed that they prepared a bed and tray for my Dog for the first time. And the bed was clean and not old. I was very happy to be welcomed.　The bathroom was new so it was clean. The sheets on the bed were washed cleanly, so I was able to sleep comfortably.　Having a small refrigerator in the room was helpful.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. Julio and the team handed really well the group check-in in the middle of a chaotic rainy afternoon. I was about to ask for help and before that they were taking control of everything.

We stayed for my birthday and Hotel Santiago Plaza made it a memorable and special experience. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff, convenient location near the bus station, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the abundant breakfast the next morning. I slept so well there, wish we could have stayed longer!

I've been greeted by one of the most attentive and charming receptionist I came across in recent years. She recommended a couple of local events taking place that evening, anticipated some of the things I might need for the next day and did it all with the brightest smile and warmest approach. The overall design of the room / hotel was very nice, sending you back in time for the time you were there.

Great room it was so good to have a bath and this time we were on the quieter side so slept well.

Location was perfect, 20 metres from the cathedral, excellent for weary pilgrims! View from our corner room was perfect. Great support from reception, even calling to remind us that check in was closing soon. Most helpful with other questions too. Comfortable bed, bright room, good bathroom. Great cafe/bar downstairs.

The property is in an excellent location near the Santiago Cathedral and also near lots of good options for restaurants and shops. The owner received us nicely and all information about check-in and out were clear, also explained us about the facilities. The room was clean and nicely prepared, had a good comfort to rest after 10 days of walking the Camino de Santiago. The bonus (and best part for me) was the owner small dog that she asked to come and receive us, as she saw we love dogs :D

This fantastic hotel is next door to the Santiago Cathedral !!!!! Everything is of a walking distance. It has been completely renovated even including an elevator !!! This was uexpected from a mediaval old town !!! The staff is highly helpful. If you go to Santiago de Compostella, make sure to book this hotel.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful—so friendly and always ready to help! The facilities are super clean, and the outdoor patio is really comfy. Plus, it's conveniently located near various amenities. I can't recommend this place enough!

The concierge was awesome and was very helpful. There was a black out while we were there and he was carrying people’s luggage up the stairs. Customer service extraordinaire!

Definitely my fave albergue. It was clean, linen bed sheets, privacy curtain.. location was also perfect, it was close to the bars.

They let me put my luggage for three days! And the staff is really friendly
