The concierge was awesome and was very helpful. There was a black out while we were there and he was carrying people’s luggage up the stairs. Customer service extraordinaire!

We stayed at Hotel Santiago Apóstol with our dog. I've always stayed at Dog Friendly hotels before, but this time I was impressed that they prepared a bed and tray for my Dog for the first time. And the bed was clean and not old. I was very happy to be welcomed.　The bathroom was new so it was clean. The sheets on the bed were washed cleanly, so I was able to sleep comfortably.　Having a small refrigerator in the room was helpful.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. Julio and the team handed really well the group check-in in the middle of a chaotic rainy afternoon. I was about to ask for help and before that they were taking control of everything.

Nice hotel close to the railway station and in the centre of the new town. Basic but well appointed rooms.

We stayed for my birthday and Hotel Santiago Plaza made it a memorable and special experience. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff, convenient location near the bus station, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the abundant breakfast the next morning. I slept so well there, wish we could have stayed longer!

I really liked this hotel. It's convenient, impeccably clean, and I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The same person (sorry I didn't catch his name!) manned the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant but he did an outstanding job and always with a smile. I would happily stay here again

beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. Glen the waitress was so helpful and great fun, Albaro the sommelier did a wine tasting session with us by the fire and was amazing. We loved his approach and really enjoyed the time we spent with him.

The room was really nice and big. The staff was very nice. The Restaurant was excellent. We were taken care of by Manual, he was wonderful. It's right on the Camino. And very close to the Airport.

Best location ever, right next to the Catedral de Santiago. The hotel is amazing, beautiful and the decoration is so unique. The room for 2 ppl was great, had a lot of space in the room and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I've been greeted by one of the most attentive and charming receptionist I came across in recent years. She recommended a couple of local events taking place that evening, anticipated some of the things I might need for the next day and did it all with the brightest smile and warmest approach. The overall design of the room / hotel was very nice, sending you back in time for the time you were there.

Great room it was so good to have a bath and this time we were on the quieter side so slept well.

This fantastic hotel is next door to the Santiago Cathedral !!!!! Everything is of a walking distance. It has been completely renovated even including an elevator !!! This was uexpected from a mediaval old town !!! The staff is highly helpful. If you go to Santiago de Compostella, make sure to book this hotel.
