The apartment itself is immaculate. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long stay. It genuinely felt like a home, not just a rental.
Host was warm, responsive, and helpful. Generous parking space and we regret not getting a car to explore more. Few minutes away from the beach.
The location is unbeatable: you have a balcony that is in direct view of the sea. What was extremely special for us was the sunrise. Waking up every morning to that stunning scenery never got old, not even once. At noon you get a small part of the balcony that is completely shielded by the powerful sun. So its great for both sun lovers(my wife) and haters(myself). If its getting too hot, you can just go back in and cool down at the AC.
We recommend the restaurant "Flavour International" that is 800m away and has really good food at reasonable prices and a nice welcoming owner.
If you're looking for the perfect base in Torrevieja, look no further. We will absolutely be back. Highest possible recommendation!

Ideal location for our needs with beautiful sea view from our balcony. There was a bus stop directly outside which gave regular access to all beaches and city very cheaply

A good location for exploring. Beach very close and clean. Breakfast good value for 3euros (included in booking). Coffee, pastry, orange juice. Restaurant next-door with a good menu and a very clean kitchen. Close to a bus stop and cheap travel into the main strip. Not far to walk either taking scenic route through a park and by the side of a marina.

Small cozy studio. Ideal budget option for 1-2 persons. There is everything for a comfortable temporary stay. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the center. The manager is a very responsive person, and he provided a transfer. Recommend staying here!🙂
