We warmly welcome our dear Guests to our apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace in Punta Prima! Our property is in good condition and fully equipped, located just a few minutes from the beach. The main bedroom features a double bed while the other bedroom have single beds. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment for our guests’ convenience. For guests arriving with a baby, we can provide a crib upon prior request. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and kettle to ensure complete comfort for our guests. Our apartment, located in an impressive residential complex, has a well-maintained garden and 4 pool guaranteeing a relaxing stay. Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) and early check-out (before 8:00 AM) are available for an additional fee of 30 EUR which should be paid in cash on site. A condition of occupying the apartment, in addition to the accommodation fee, is the payment of a safety deposit in cash, which will be refunded on your departure day if there are no signs of damage to the property. The deposit amount is 200 EUR. E-scooter and SUP rental available at the property! Discover the area effortlessly with an electric scooter or enjoy the sea on a stand-up paddleboard! Please let us know in advance if you would like to reserve one, as availability is limited. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost, if required between 08:00 and 10:00 Start your morning the Spanish way! Enjoy a charming breakfast basket delivered to your door — fresh bread, ham, cheese, seasonal fruit, milk, fruit juice, yogurt, and crunchy muesli. All products are carefully selected, with many sourced from local Spanish producers. Lactose-free and gluten-free options are happily available.
