Small, but cosy appartment. Very good for couples. Apt has all that is needed, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, drier and parking place. Good base for exploring Paris and surrounding. It is 25 mins by train to Paris Gare de l'Est, which is very convenient, considering very reasonable price of accomodation. It is 30 mins by direct bus (number 19) to/from Disneyland. Owner is supportive and communication is really good. We really enjoyed the stay.

Location to Disneyland and the centre, the fun and quirky decor and the hosts are helpful, polite and organised. We parked our car in the centre Ville indigo car park at only 8 euro a night and it was only 11 minutes walk right amongst the shops. Very handy.
