Location was perfect, right close to the station and walking distance to city center. Room looked good, breakfast was okay. Staff was welcoming and very nice.

So cute little guest house, perfect for stay before visiting WB Studios, quiet location, friendly and helpful owners.

It was lovely and cozy. It was very close to Warner Bros Studios. Everything we could have needed during our stay was provided and they were kind enough to replace our towels midway through our stay since we were there for over a week.

This lovely 2 bed garden room, with shared bathroom, was a perfect solution for us so that our children had their own room, but adjacent to us and safe. The rooms are exactly as per the photos and have a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and some crockery. The bathroom is compact but absolutely fine for an overnight stay, with a good shower. Sally was a wonderful host and was really quick to respond to queries. We would happily stay again. Thanks for having us!

The bed was very comfortable, the room had everything I needed. The host was very accommodating with early check in. Self check-in and out made it very easy.

The room was a good size, well equipped and easily accessed. The beds were comfortable and it was ideally situated for visiting the Harry Potter studios (short taxi drive away) The breakfast croissants were a welcome surprise too. Thank you for an enjoyable stay
