Our garden flat is 1.5 miles to the Harry Potter Studio Tour, and a mile to Kings Langley station with it's frequent fast trains to London Euston. We refurbished in December 2025. It's a one bedroom fully self contained flat, with wet room off the bedroom, kitchen, dining table and living room that has a double sofa bed, with a mattress topper for comfort. TV with Sky, Disney, Netflix and Prime. Free Wifi and use of large communal garden. There’s a Z bed, travel bassinet and cot available if needed. We supply all linens and towels, and have basic toiletries available for your use too. Abbots Langley with shops, lovely restaurants and pubs a is few minutes walk. 2 mins walk to the park with modern playground, cricket club and skate park. Both Watford and St. Albans centres with tonnes to do 4 miles away. Easily accessible from both M25 and M1.

Abbots Langley is a lovely village, with ample shops, pubs and restaurants. We're situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, near to the park. Abbots Langley village centre (7 mins walk or 2 mins drive with free parking), has most things you’ll need for your stay, with shops open Monday - Saturday 7am - 11pm, and 7am - 10pm Sundays. The nearest pub (The Royal Oak) with good food is a 5 mins walk or 2 mins drive) We're Perfectly placed for Warner Brothers studio, Hemel Hempstead, Micklefield hall, St Albans, and Watford. If you're arriving by train, Kings Langley is the nearest station, the walk is uphill to us, but there is a cab office just outside the station to the right up the stairs. By car get off at Jct 6 M1; or J 19 or 20 of M25. There's so much to do near here, cinema, bowling, arcade and chain restaurants within 2 miles at Woodside leisure park, kids farms - nearest 2 miles, Willows Farm 6 miles; Hertfordshire Zoo; Gullivers theme park for small children, Thorpe Park and Legoland within 1 hour's drive. St. Albans Roman city within 7 miles with it's beautiful markets, shops and nightlife, or Watford with it's large shopping centre and nightlife 4 miles away.
