good location and staff were very knowledgeable. very tidy hotel and pub with a friendly atmosphere. the staff are happy to help from the moment you walk in.

Location was perfect, right close to the station and walking distance to city center. Room looked good, breakfast was okay. Staff was welcoming and very nice.

Newly refurbished to a very high standard. Very comfortable room and lovely bathroom. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Enjoyed an excellent dinner with a friend. The bar and Dining Rooms on different levels adding to the attraction of the Traditional Pub Decor and furniture.

Staff went above and beyond to help me and our young family. They were so helpful with my baby and our travel cot and they were always polite and made you feel welcome. Great location and beautiful gardens..the room was also clean something I really cherish.

The room was spacious and the surroundings very serene,giving us time to reflect on ourselves,talk and laugh..Had shops very close by and the Town Center and other amusement within easy reach.

Beautiful cottage type chalets. It was ideal for a half way overnight stay, whilst going on holiday. Excellent facilities. The buffet type breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. You can pay for a cooked breakfast which looked superb. Thank you. Will definitely stay again.
