Everything was fine from arrived to depart good check in breakfast very good room fantastic good supply of hot drinks and of course the igh welcome bag that we call the Goodies bag which she loves and looks forward to and of course igh points depending on spending

The property was absolutely amazing. The stay was really wonderful and the staff was very lovely. Would recommend to anyone, hands down!

Great find. Stayed couple nights and had a great stay. Check in was smooth and easy as the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was really nice and clean and beds were comfortable. During the week they do a burger or pizza and a pint for £9.95 and it was very good. Had a brilliant stay and would definitely stay again.

My room was a dorm which was very comfortable. It was nice to enjoy the outside benches as well.

Very modern, bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfy, cleanliness was 10000/10. Just everything was perfect!! Lovely man called Martin I spoke to, very helpful and very welcoming and nice.

Layout and lighting was gorgeous!! And the small touch of wine, chocolates, cupcake etc was great.

The location of the property was one of the main reasons for choosing it. It was a 5 min walk both from the main shops and the railway station (Colchester Town). Being close to the centre of the town it was however, surprisingly quiet. It had all the needed facilities, with a well-equipped kitchen and good shower.

The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Ample parking. Bed is super comfy. Food and breakfast was excellent. Definitely will be back

It was very clean very tidy everything was on point. It is a small in size the hotel I mean, but the facilities are amazing for the price we paid. It is considered more than amazing and what matters to me is that the bathroom was clean, not outdated or rustic

I really liked the fact that the cleaned out the trash everyday and kept the room clean.

It was close to where I needed to and great value you for money, it was very clean and comfy with all the amenities you need
