Exceptionally welcoming staff, delicious meals (both dinner and breakfast were fantastic), comfy beds and wonderful views. The place was lively but still homely, and our family (and dog) had a great stay.

The studio was comfortable with extremely soft sheets.

Absolutely wonderful property and host. Lots of stairs but it was well worth the climb 😉. Loved the location and all the facilities. Would definitely recommend to those who can manage stairs.

The view was exactly as described. It was great that we had our door seating we could put out. Shame we only managed that once, good old English weather. It is a short walk to both the Barbican, Hoe and the shopping centre so really nice and central. The bed was comfortable and the facilities although basic suited our needs. The TV although a little small had all apps so we could watch our fav streaming programmes.

Strategically located. Walking distance to the mall and old town.

Private room and bathroom. Laundry room. Great view of the city from up top. It felt safe and was close to the train station.

Senior reception desk staff staff person was over the top helpful and welcoming! She deserves five stars!! Very nice breakfast, also.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. The mattresses were fantastic, so comfortable!!

Amazing staff and always willing to help out … thanks to the front office team, they assisted me in continuing my motorcycling tour ensuring the bike was secure. They certainly went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I will certainly stay with them again and will keep trying other Moxy’s. They certainly understand the needs of a Motorcyclist.

Staff were very friendly. Location is central, and easy walking distance to the Barbican, center of town and the Hoe.

On arrival the gentleman who checked me in was absolutely amazing so friendly couldn't have been anymore helpful I've stayed quite a few hotels but without a doubt he made this arrival and check in perfect any questions he was only too willing to answer he breakfast was amazing beds really comfortable it was quiet clean and the girls who worked in the morning serving the breakfasts all were lush really nice ladies who were only too happy to help you with anything I'd 100% recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Plymouth

Excellent location very close to Plymouth Hoe. Small very friendly hotel with excellent staff. The cooked breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was my go to start to the day. Well cleaned bedroom.

It was located close enough to some good eateries as well as points of interest. It was quiet and amenities on offer were good. A fan is in case it got to warm, some biscuits with tea. The breakfast was delicious and offered a large selection of warm items as well as cereals and yogurt.
