Amazing staff and always willing to help out … thanks to the front office team, they assisted me in continuing my motorcycling tour ensuring the bike was secure. They certainly went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I will certainly stay with them again and will keep trying other Moxy’s. They certainly understand the needs of a Motorcyclist.

Senior reception desk staff staff person was over the top helpful and welcoming! She deserves five stars!! Very nice breakfast, also.

Excellent location very close to Plymouth Hoe. Small very friendly hotel with excellent staff. The cooked breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was my go to start to the day. Well cleaned bedroom.

We had two single beds and they were very comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities were excellent. The gentleman, who I presume was the owner, was extremely helpful. Especially with parking

The apartment is very well situated, an easy walk from the train station and to nearby waterfront. We walked everywhere! It was spacious for our family of four (us parents and two adult children), the flat was clean and well appointed. There are many convenience stores nearby to buy groceries. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and we will definitely return when we travel back to Plymouth!

The spa facilities were very good, though a little crowded for the size. The spa treatments were exceptional. The breakfast also was exceptional.

Very clean and tidy and excellent value. Ensuite shower and loo, quiet location. There a fridge int ehg room which was very helpful.

Exceptionally welcoming staff, delicious meals (both dinner and breakfast were fantastic), comfy beds and wonderful views. The place was lively but still homely, and our family (and dog) had a great stay.

Warm friendly layout . Welcome email with clear instructions. Beautiful room . Layout is functional yet elegant . A very comfortable bed like sleeping in between clouds and great sleep as it's quiet during the night . Lots of lovely extras like a coffee machine in the room for good quality coffee. Lovely meal at the pub next door . Would stay again.

This was a really comfortable stay...with fantastic views from the upstairs lounge ..very relaxing ..good quality bedding and the place was spacious....we had an amazing stay....Andy was incredibly helpful...what a lovely man..

Awesome place, has everything. Plenty of space, loved the couch and the backyard. All modern and very comfortable and warm. Would highly recommend to anyone.
