-Great location near to the town centre and the beach. -The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a week away including a washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans etc. -Despite being just 1 bed, it was a roomy place with lots of seating.

The location was perfect, easy to find and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Small enclosed garden at the rear was excellent for the dogs and a perfect sun trap. Lively pub 5 minutes walk away, plus The Waterfront cafe/restaurant which was very good.

What a lovely little find. Really welcoming staff. We had the family room with an extra bed as travelling with teenagers and husband. Was beautiful and spacious, we didn't feel at all cramped. Lovely breakfast with eggs benedict as a choice. Yummy.

Earlsham Street House, was comfortable, clean and a perfect location for exploring the town and area around. The hospitality tray was well stocked and it's always a treat to have fresh milk for our tea. We will certainly be back.
