Old style customer service. The staff are faultless - exceptional customer service and with a smile. Rooms are cozy and warm and considering how close you are to the M56 its virtually silent highly recommend. the bar and restaurant (one and the same) are a short stroll from the rooms and its very easy to go beyond the school night beer quota . Always a nice atmosphere from a dinner alone to a couple of pints watching the footie.

New hotel impressed with the decor, comfort and staff, very helpful friendly and attentive would definitely stay again when in the area. and would reccommend.

Was very clean. The rooms were very spacious for a family room. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and nothing was an issue.

Lovely building, great rooms and lot’s of little quirks. From the WiFi password to the old school style milk bottles, not to mention the mini rulers on the key fobs, this place is so much better than staying at a ubiquitous chain.

Clean and modern, with a fabulous open plan kitchen, leading onto a lovely conservatory and garden. Leaving tea, coffee, milk and sugar was a really thoughtful gesture. Airbnb’s don’t need to, and often don’t provide this, so this was really kind of the owner. The bathroom was beautiful, just like you’d find in a hotel, complete with a fab, rainfall shower. The single beds were so comfy and although the double bed was fine for a short stay, the sleeping arrangements would be absolutely perfect, if the double had the same mattress, as the singles had. Another thoughtful touch, was to have the luxury of window blinds plus dark curtains, …so that coupled with the lovely, quiet location, made for a great night’s sleep, which is always appreciated. To sum up, … we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay again !
