An excellent location away from the noise and tourist traps of Borjomi. Wonderful, warm, welcoming and very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with a really warm welcome. Can order food from the restaurant owned by the same people in Borjomi. Very nice homemade wines and brandy too!

Wow what a place. We got half pension instead of breakfast only. We did many treatments and the place was clean and nice. One of the best we had in Georgia. Great bed, amazing shower.

The breakfast was great, good beds, smart TV and plenty of power outlets. Friendly staff. Very close to the park and the restaurant at the hotel is one of the best in the area.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center, making it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and the park, while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the private garden, which gave us a great space to relax and enjoy nature in complete privacy. It really made the stay feel special and comfortable. The host was amazing, very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the whole experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Borjomi. It’s the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and tranquility.

The staff/host is very clear

Great location in the center of town but completely quiet, with a small private courtyard. The apartment entrance is in an alley that looks a little sketchy at first, but inside is a small private oasis. Comfortable beds, spacious living quarters, all appliances worked fine. The owner, Sally, is so warm and helpful. It is obvious that she really puts her heart and soul into making sure her apartment is satisfactory and her guests are happy.
