The hotel is clean and cozy, the sound of the river and a view to it is another pleasant moment. The location is in the center, and all city and historic sites are available within 10-15 minutes walk.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean room

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph. Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony. The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience. Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

A wonderfully cozy and impeccably clean apartment with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its prime location in the heart of Kutaisi makes it incredibly easy to explore the city. The stunning view of the central square adds to the charm, and with restaurants and shops just a short walk away, everything you need is within reach.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the balconies had a wonderful view of the city. The location was perfect. It was literally a few steps away from the Colchis Fountain. There's a pay and park right next to the apartment building. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance. The apartment also had a washing machine, which is a real plus because we had been traveling for days and it was nice to be able to get some laundry done. The hostess is very sweet and helpful. It was a super comfortable stay in Kutaisi! Thank you!

I had an excellent stay at One Step and would definitey recommend with friends. My flight got delayed and Teona waited at my 5AM arrival. She also extended my stay and let me used my room until my flight which was quiet later than the check out time.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and everything was well organized. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and we were happy with our choice.

I had a great time here in a clean, comfortable room with a high ceiling and a big window. I wish I could stay longer. The location is only a 3-minute walk from the Citybus Georgia station.

The rooms,toilets and washrooms are very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice sitting area to work on laptop, drinks at good price available. Kitchen is clean, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. We can recommend.

Everything was excellent!! The environment of the cozy home, spotless and very welcoming room, super comfortable beds. Our room with bathroom seemed recently renovated and was very well kept. We could use the house facilities such as kitchen, dining room and even the washing machine free of charge. The location is great, tucked away from the busy city yet very close to the center by foot (10 min), or easily reachable on a Bolt ride on hot summer days. However, the best part of it was the host: Natalia is the best! Even tho we didn't share a common language, she made an effort to communicate. She is the soul of the place, really hardworking woman and warm-hearted. She let us borrow some needle and thread, use her washing machine, invited us to some sweets she baked and was very flexible with any request we had. We saw some other guests having breakfast there, so we guess it's a service offered as well. We cannot recommend this place enough, it really is a true gem and we wish Natalia and her sweet family all the best!
