Housekeeping maintained our room impeccably while always respecting our privacy. The restaurant staff remembered our preferences and made every meal feel special with their attentive yet unobtrusive service. What struck me most was how every employee, whether we encountered them in the lobby, by the pool, or in passing, took time to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism was matched only by their authentic hospitality – you could tell they genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. It's rare to find a place where the staff doesn't just do their jobs well, but creates an atmosphere that makes you feel like valued guests rather than just customers. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and maintained. I loved getting a small map of the area upon arrival. Everyone was so wonderful to be around, even the housekeepers were very nice.

Great hotel. Staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast is definitely worth it. Had a great stay. The entire hotel is kept impeccably clean. The area is quiet, no club noise. The staff enforces the quiet hours and loud guests are quickly quieted down. Wifi internet has good coverage in the entire hotel and the speed is fast.

The staff was extremely welcoming. One of the owners waited for us until late hours in the night, as our plane was delayed. The room was newly and fully refurbished, very clean and with a pleasant design. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Will definitely come back to visit! Thank you, Stelios family!

The property was very clean and modern. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. The rooms were fantastic and the location is only a 5 minute walk to the city center.

Everything. From the location, the facilities, to the staff and owners, Malia Mare is the best hotel. 7th stay in 4 years and first and only choice when in Malia.

Everything. The design of Stella Apatrments is amazing, the plants deserve special mentioning. Apartment is super clean, and we appreciated a lot also a "welcome package". Both hosts, Silvia and Danja, are very nice, kind and helpful. We are definitely looking forward to come back to this place, and I can recommend it without any hesitation!

A beautiful, spacious apartment in a family-run hotel. Lovely pool with a view of the sea and beautifully-manicured grounds. Kind and accommodating staff. We had a wonderful time, and would love to return.
